Currently a Senior Lecturer in Management Development, at the Ulster Business School, University of Ulster with over 20 years of experience in the areas of managing, developing and delivering training solutions and accredited programmes to both the Private, Third Sector and Public sectors locally, regionally and overseas.

Since joining the Ulster Business School Janette has been involved in the design and delivery of management and leadership accredited development programmes which include workshops, master classes, mentoring, action learning and coaching in a range of management areas including: leadership, strategy development, team-working, marketing and social media, entrepreneurship and life after elite sport. Organiser of the Rugby Business Network in Ulster. Bringing together people who have a passion for business and rugby. Supported by the Ulster Business School, IRUPA and Ulster Rugby.
